World Fest 2010!

Description:
World Fest is an annual program at University Village (CSU apartment buildings on Plum near campus). World Fest brings together 400-500 visitors to be treated with live multicultural entertainment, cultural booths from around the world, a children’s carnival, an international fashion show, a cake walk, and a delicious dinner of food dishes from around the world. Like most of our programs at University Village, this event is free for those who attend.
Ways to volunteer:
1. Children's Carnival (Facilitating games with children, such as obstacle course, dinosaur egg dig) from 11:30am-2:30pm;
2. Cultural Booths (Setup, Working with kids on the scavenger hunt, Clean up, and providing the booths attendants with any supplies they need) from 12:30-3:30
3. Food Committee (Set-up for serving food, serving food, crowd control, clean-up) from 4pm-7pm
4. General set-up (8am-11am) and General clean-up (6pm-8pm)
