This workshop will offer participants information about and experience with creating effective lesson plans which help teachers articulate learning objectives, scaffold classroom activities to meet those objectives, and assess learning outcomes. We ask that all participants bring a draft of a lesson plan that they have developed, as we will spend the second half of the workshop collaborating on lesson plans that participants would like to include in their GTC ePortfolios. This workshop can count as one of the 6 required for the GTA Teaching Certificate Program.
