Our CSU students now have Google Apps accounts. This creates an opportunity to use the Google Apps technology to enhance learning and student interest in our courses. Darrell Fontane and Mazdak Arabi have been investigating the potential of using Google Apps in their graduate course. They will share their experience of having their students build a collaborative website, build shared documents, spreadsheets and presentations. They will also describe how they use a shared document to get student feedback on their course (a mid-semester evaluation). The presentation will demonstrate in real-time how easy it is to build collaborative documents.
