This interactive session will explore the impact that taking risks can have on our self-confidence, a key component of authentic leadership. Understanding oneself (values, strengths, challenges) and stepping out of your comfort zone can translate into greater confidence. Practical suggestions for risk taking and confidence building will be given. It is not required that you attended "part one" to attend this session.
