Bridge Course Information

Join TILT for a tour of the Teaching Effectiveness Framework (TEF) developed to guide faculty and departments in the process of defining, enhancing, and evaluating teaching effectiveness at CSU. After extensive research into best practices in teaching and learning, TILT has identified 7 domains for effective teaching and, therefore, student learning. This workshop will walk you through the framework, how to use it to develop your teaching, the professional development that is available to you, and how to report teaching effectiveness for annual review. We will also introduce you to the Teaching Effectiveness Initiative (TEI) program where you can earn certificates of achievement in each domain of the TEF.
