Bridge Course Information

Join TILT for a tour of the Teaching Effectiveness Framework developed to guide faculty and departments in defining, enhancing, and evaluating teaching effectiveness at CSU. After extensive research into evidence-based practices in teaching and learning, along with feedback from CSU faculty and leadership, TILT has identified seven domains of effective teaching and, therefore, student learning. The team has developed a process for departments and faculty to set a teaching goal and evaluate goal achievement. The tools can be modified by departments or individuals to meet their needs as they develop their teaching practice.
