Bridge Course Information

The TEI provides recognition to faculty invested in growing their teaching practice by attending professional development, implementing evidence-based teaching practices, and reflecting on the impact on students. During this session, we will provide a brief overview of the TEI Program. Participants can use the remaining time to work on completing a TEI Post-Implementation Reflection Form. Bring the following to the workshop: 1. A description of a professional development experience you have attended 2. Outcomes for the professional development 3. Notes on changes you made in a course based on attending that professional development 4. Laptop or other device Outcomes: 1. Reflect on teaching practices implemented after professional development 2. Align implemented teaching practices with the Teaching Effectiveness Framework 3. Reflect on student responses to newly implemented teaching practices 4. Draft a TEI Post Implementation reflection form TEF alignment: None
