TEF and Annual Review Series, Session 2: Set a Teaching Goal for Annual Review
Description:
This workshop will walk you through a goal-setting process based on the CSU Teaching Effectiveness Framework (TEF). You will leave this session with a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) teaching goal that can be used for annual review of teaching and the beginning of an action plan to carry out your goal. Please review the TEF at a glance document (https://tilt.colostate.edu/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/TEF-FrameworkGlance.pdf) before the workshop and identify a domain that is a strength for you and one that you would like to grow.
Outcomes:
1. Identify a TEF domain that is a strength and one that you would like to grow
2. Set a teaching goal that can be used for annual review of teaching
3. Begin to develop an action plan to achieve your goal
